Description
Our 2002 "Gobelet Echo Canyon" is an exceptional lot of Cabernet Sauvignon made from a vineyard block trellised in the traditional Bordeaux Gobelet system, which is a basic head pruning that forms a crown of spurs, allowing the shoots to be tied in a basket or goblet shape. This vertical shape provides excellent balance and filtered sunlight producing beautifully mature and concentrated wines. Our 2002 is a superlative example: jammy, floral, full of plush tannins and effusive with berry fruit.
