Description
Winemaker Cathy Corison and Proprietor Ted Hall have selected a barrel made from grapes from the "R" block of LMR’s main Bear Canyon Vineyard. The R block’s budwood is from the original Bella Oaks Vineyard owned by Napa Valley icons Barney and Belle Rhodes. Taking full advantage of the 1100-foot-high site, this powerful wine features black cherry and blackberry jam flavors, with hints of cedar and cassis and firm tannins.
