Zahtila Vineyards Oat Hill Estate Zinfandel is the most exclusive wine offered by the winery. At less than 200 total case production, the estate's up-valley location exemplifies the intensity and flavor of Calistoga climate and soil. Only five cases were made from a single, hand-sorted barrel to produce this one of a kind lot.
