Description
We selected Block 57 Cabernet Sauvignon because it best represents the new direction of Atlas Peak Vineyards and the Cabernets produced at our estate winery. This wine is an excellent example of the densely structured wines the Atlas Peak Appellation is producing. The shallow Aiken Loam soils, of this sloping hillside vineyard produce some of the best wines to ever come off of our estate vineyard.
