Flavors of dark, ripe blackberries, licorice, nutmeg and a hint of cocoa make this wine a classic example of Atlas Peak Appellation Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit for this beautiful wine is hand-harvested from Astrale e Terra's Castle Peak Ranch, perched high atop the mountain range. As an integral component of our "Arcturus" Bordeaux-style blend, this Cabernet Sauvignon stands alone as a shining star.
