Description
Amuse Bouche's co-owner and winemaker Heidi Barrett (of Grace Family, Screaming Eagle, Dalle Valle and Paradigm fame) crafted a special Pomerol-style Merlot for the 2005 Premiere, using a little more Cabernet Franc from our East Rutherford vineyards to enhance the wine's earthy minerality, concentation and depth.
