Description
The renewal of the historic FAY Vineyard is represented by this wine from Block 8, which was replanted in 1999. A prized component of CASK 23, the block possesses distinctive volcanic soils which create the silhouette of a chocolate kiss. Reminiscent of what first inspired Warren Winiarski, this debut exhibits depth and complexity – a "First Kiss" from these young vines.
