Description
The 2004 vintage marks the first release of Cabernet Sauvignon from our vineyard in Calistoga's Jericho Canyon. The wine is opaque in color and has soft, well-integrated tannins. Aromas are ripe cassis and dried herbs. The mouth-feel is rich and full, with deep flavors of blackberry, plum and chocolate.
