Description
The Cabernet and Petit Verdot vines which grow side by side on our south-facing hillside shelf reliably provide the core of the Seavey Cabernet Sauvignon. Today, you have the opportunity to taste their raw power alone. Our winemaker, Philippe Melka, believes that the unique soil of this shelf brings out the aroma of smoke, black fruit and fine tannins.
