David DeSante is the winemaker whom you
know for crafting Tierra Roja Cabernet
Sauvignon, from Linda Neal’s Oakville estate
grapes. This time it is Katharine DeSante,
who normally takes the supporting role in
the winemaking team, stepping to the
forefront. She will take Tierra Roja wine from
2009 and blend with DeSante’s own personal
stash to create this once-in-a-lifetime blend.
