Description
We have selected our single best vineyard lot on the estate for this exclusive bottling. Last November we blind tasted each of the 40 barrel lots produced in 2006, and selected the Los Olivos Cabernet Sauvignon as best single wine on property. This little 1.4 acre vineyard surprised us all, exhibiting a wine with abundant ripe blackberry and cassis flavors and a lush mid-palate. The vineyard only yielded four barrels, and the balance remaining will surely be the backbone of our final Palmaz Vineyards 2006 Cabernet Sauvignon.
