Description
Domaine Chandon has been farming Pinot Noir on our ranch in Carneros for over 30 years. Often recognized for our sparkling wines, we first crafted a still wine Pinot Noir in 1996 to demonstrate this grape’s contribution to a sparkling blend.
Over time, we have identified select parcels and farming techniques to consistently produce the highest quality fruit specifically for a still wine. The wine showcases these efforts with clonal selection, micro climate and barrel coopers all contributing to the elegant profile of this Winemaker's Barrel Select Pinot Noir.
