Description
Perched on the hillside and surrounded by beautiful Spring Mountain forest, the vines that bore the grapes for this wine stand as a tribute to Señor Frias and his determination to plant this rugged volcanic terrain. A rich, dense Cabernet from one select barrel of the tiny hillside block, this wine is as unique as the man and the place. It is vibrant, flashy and a little edgy in its youth, but will round out and gain complexity over time, just as Señor Frias did himself in planting his family’s Spring Mountain vineyard.
