Description
Our Premiere Napa Valley lot is made from an extremely small lot from the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley. Grapes were harvested at 25.75 Brix, and received an extended cold soak before a gentle press. The wine will be aged for 24 months in New French oak barrels.
This 100% Cabernet shows the gorgeous purity of this varietal with a profound offering of ripe black cherries, berries, cassis and allspice, with whispers of dark chocolate. This is a full-bodied wine that is deep, dark and almost inky in nature, deeply textured and expressive—amazingly supple and harmonious with tannins that are gentle, tender and well contained. This mouthfilling Cabernet will give you drinking pleasure now and for the next 10 years.
