Description
This special estate Cabernet Sauvignon comes primarily from 20-year-old vines on a rocky terrace. Wild yeast fermented, it is in a new Taransaud barrel and will not be fined or filtered. With intriguing flavors of chocolate, black olive and coffee with ample structure for aging, its elegance and soft tannins are typical of this vineyard block.
