Description
This Cabernet blend will pull fruit from the very best vineyards of our estate. In addition to the Cabernet Sauvignon, we will also include small amounts of the following varietals: Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Malbec. Blending emphasis will be placed on density, complexity and longevity. As with our very best Cabernets we would expect this wine to cellar well and improve for the next 20 to 30 years.
