Description
The Schramsberg Reserve, our very best Pinot Noir-based Brut, is normally aged en tirage for five years. To produce the 1994 Schramsberg Late-Disgorged Reserve, we set aside this tub of bottles that still rests on the yeast ten years later. The 1994 vintage, marked by an exceptionally long, cool growing season, delivered the fruitful intensity and acidic structure for extraordinary aging potential.
