Description
Lower-than-average yields and warmer-than-average early September temperatures usually make for a very rapid and difficult harvest. Not so in 2015 - inexplicably slow maturation was the reality. Perhaps it is the age of the vines now. This blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc, all from our high elevation estate vineyards, are now 17 to 18 years old. Perhaps with age comes Beauty and Grace?
