Description

Repeating the process for our inaugural Premiere lot for TATE, we took our two Cabernet Sauvignon mountain, micro single vineyards that we work with and created an amazing blend. Fifty percent comes from atop Howell Mountain, where this less-than-an-acre vineyard is meticulously hand-tended by the vineyard owner, producing perfect fruit that results in amazing aromatics. The other 50% comes from the cool Mount Veeder appellation. This late ripening vineyard contributes concentration and structure. Together this lot is a stunning wine with an amazing ability to age for many years to come.
