2021 Red Table Wine
Oakville
In crafting our offering, winemaker Andy Erickson took equal measures of two of our favorite lots from the 2021 vintage. The first portion is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a very special block of low-yielding heritage clone vines in To Kalon that offer intense concentration and layered complexity. The remaining portion comes from a 50/50 cuvee of Cabernet Franc with its signature spice and savory character and Cabernet Sauvignon from our coveted “Eliza’s” bottling. Six of one, half a dozen of the other; no matter how you do the math, we know this cuvee will be delicious.
