Description
This wine is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from our estate vineyard, Rock Cairn, in the Oakville nested appellation. The 2007 vintage was mild, cooler and lengthy, allowing for extended development of sugars and flavors. The ripening was steady and even, which enabled us to maximize picking decisions and get exactly what we wanted in our flavor profile. This wine is deep and concentrated with balance and structure. It is a beautiful wine now, showing 15 to 16 years later.
