Description

The mission of Sire is to source only the finest pedigree vineyards for winemaking, Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards specifically. The Sire team patiently waits for just the right thoroughbred vineyard sites to work with, to produce that best-of-show wine. Each vintage of Sire is a purebred, an uninhibited expression of the vineyard site’s terroir. Like all things royal, Sire is both refined yet decadent, well-structured and balanced, with just a touch of hedonism. You will receive three very limited, custom-etched six-liter imperial bottles, representing our first three vintages. Handcrafted by winemaker Julien Fayard, these include the 2012 Coombsville Cabernet Sauvignon from Caldwell Vineyard, as well as the 2013 and 2014 Houyi Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons. In addition to each imperial bottle, as the winner you’ll also receive three standard 750ml bottles of each vintage, packaged in beautiful cedar wooden boxes.
