From the vision provided by vintner Kenzo Tsujimoto, founder of the Capcom video gaming empire, Kenzo Estate’s varied terroir rests in the southeast hills of Napa Valley at 1,500 feet on 3,800 acres on Mount George. With only 145 acres planted, Cabernet Sauvignon is the primary variety among the classic red vines planted. Each year, the flagship rindo red wine blend is the result of efforts from winemaker Heidi Barrett and her genius and mastery with the harvest provided by viticulturist David Abreu, who planned and planted Kenzo Estate’s vineyards, and continues to manage their growth.
