SODHANI Vineyards is a family owned, 6.5-acre hillside vineyard in St. Helena blessed with a unique terroir, making limited releases of phenomenal, handcrafted Cabernet Sauvignon wines. Due to the steep slope, the vineyard is entirely hand-farmed. The vines, planted in 2000 with Clones 7, 15 and 337, each have their own varietal characteristics and are in full maturity, producing spectacular fruit. When these clones come together in the finished wine, they make a powerful, classic Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Your remarkable lot features a vertical of SODHANI Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon from the 2013, 2014 and 2015 vintages, passionately crafted by Thomas Rivers Brown (i.e., “TRB”), one of Napa Valley’s top winemakers. Thomas painstakingly produces gorgeous wines for SODHANI Vineyards, which are the true expression of the unique terroir and rare microclimate. His passion for handcrafting SODHANI wines begins with orchestrating the progress of the grapes in the vineyard. He decides the perfect time to pick each block based on ripeness, selects and matches new 100% French oak barrels for each block and clone, and then ages the wine for 20 months before blending to perfection.
