From Coombsville to St. Helena and Oakville, Paul Hobbs has been pursuing unique winegrowing sites in the region since he entered the Napa Valley wine scene in the late 1970s. You have the elusive opportunity to procure a rare horizontal collection that features three wines, all from the heralded 2012 vintage—an ideal season with no frosts and a mild spring and summer. Included in this collection is the inaugural release of the Nathan Coombs Estate, Paul’s first vineyard to call his own and aptly named after the founder of the city of Napa. All wines are farmed and vinified under the watchful eye of Paul Hobbs, who has honed his craft in Napa Valley for more than 30 years. Your Cabernet Sauvignon lot includes six standard 750ml bottles each of 2012 Nathan Coombs Estate, Coombsville; 2012 Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard, Napa Valley; and 2012 Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard, Napa Valley.
