Description
Our one-of-a-kind, 100 percent Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon hails from a tiny block of the Campbell Vineyard on the crown of a western hill in the Rutherford nested appellation. This limited amount of harvested fruit is then treated with the ultimate care, utilizing T-bins for fermentation and a small wooden basket press to press the fruit. It is then aged in a single French oak barrel for 22 months before being bottled.

Kristin Belair
Winemaker, Honig Vineyard & Winery
A University of California, Davis graduate, Kristin came to the Napa Valley in 1981 as a harvest intern at Trefethen Vineyards. By 1985, she was making Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay for a small, family owned winery in Oakville, Johnson Turnbull Vineyards, which later became Turnbull Wine Cellars. In January 1998, Kristin joined Honig Vineyard and Winery, where she has spent the past 20 years crafting nationally recognized, award winning Sauvignon blanc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
