Description
For the first-time William Cole Vineyards is releasing a Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon. Our 7-acre vineyard is planted above the fog line near the top of Howell Mountain. The rocky volcanic soil creates a deep intensity in your wine, and the sun-drenched afternoons ripen the grapes to perfection. 30 months in French Oak results in a silky-smooth palate. Your wine is truly special.

Italian maternal great grandparents planted their vineyard in Calistoga in 1906 and Irish paternal grandparents came to St Helena in 1920 and started their Deer Park Winery. The name 'Deer Park' was from the Ballentine homestead in Ireland.
