Your one-of-a-kind 100% single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon comes from our estate vineyard located in the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley, bordering Dry Creek at the base of the Mayacamas Mountains. Our vineyard has a mixture of rocky soils that are not only great for drainage but also make the vines work harder, producing a more concentrated fruit. These soils bring a distinct lushness and additional complexity to your wine. The result is a voluptuous wine that is age-worthy and classic in style.

Leigh Meyering
Winemaker, Ideology Cellars
Leigh Meyering is the Winemaker for Ideology Cellars. With over fifteen years of winemaking experience, she has a diverse background in all levels of production. Leigh has worked with many different varietals from appellations including the Napa Valley, Carneros, Sonoma, and Bordeaux.
With a Masters degree in Enology from UC Davis and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cal Poly, Leigh's technical skills enhance her creative vision. Her previous experience with quality control in the semiconductor industry developed a discipline of precision and accurcy.
In 2010 Leigh launched my Enologist, a consulting, wine analysis and supply business in Napa. Previously she held various positions in wine making at Spring Mountain Vineyard in St. Helena, Clos Des Jacobins in St. Emilion, MacRostie in Carneros, and Charles Krug in St. Helena.
