This wine is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and is the first vintage meticulously handcrafted by renowned winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown. With almost 10 years of cellaring, this wine is a classic brooding, hillside Cabernet Sauvignon, while still maintaining an elemental lightness of character that keeps it nimble. The aromatic notes are intense white pepper, baking spice, cocoa, bramble and crushed mint leaf. From hand-farming all year to selecting the perfect grapes and aging our wine in 100% new French oak barrels for 20 months, we make no compromises at any step of the winemaking so we can bring phenomenal wine to your table.
