A truly unique and special lot that we create for Premiere Napa Valley each year, your wine is a selection of our Old Vine Chardonnay from Muir Hanna Vineyard. It was fermented naturally with the native yeasts from the vineyard and is aging in neutral oak barrels. This wine is crisp and elegant with savory undertones and a racy mineral core—just delicious.

Trevor Smith
Winemaker, Trois Noix
Trevor Smith was born and raised in Eugene, Oregon but headed east to attend Texas A&M University. After serving four years in the military, he joined the wine industry, working in production and winemaking at wineries in Australia and the United States, most recently as the Cellar Master at Screaming Eagle and Assistant Winemaker at Antica Terra.
