Description
The dense ruby and purple-tinged 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon ratchets up the level of complexity and richness. No shy wine at 14.9% alcohol, it offers creme de cassis, cedar, licorice and a touch of vanillin. Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged 21 months in French oak, it is a generously endowed, warm, alluring, pure, classic example of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Calistoga nested appellation.
