Description

Davis Estates has proudly ushered this historic Napa Valley estate into its next chapter of site-specific, hillside farming. "Phase Five: Loving Life!" refers to the enjoyment of life’s hard work - putting everything we have into vineyard development, new technology and new experiments in the drive for the highest quality winemaking and then getting to share it with the world. Handcrafted by Philippe Melka and the Davis Estates team, the most exclusive lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Franc come from the finest rows and parcels of our estate vineyards. "Phase Five: Loving Life!" is an incredibly rich and luxurious wine, exhibiting the terroir and true potential unique to this historic property. The wine is aging deep in our caves for two years, behind forged steel doors accessible only by biometric hand scanner.
