2018 Red Wine
Napa Valley
This unique expression of our rare and coveted Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has a splash of our celebrated single-vineyard Merlot from St. Helena. The Merlot adds nuance, complexity and dark blueberry, raspberry and chocolate notes to an already rich, silky, delicious wine. We spare no expense in the farming of our vineyards, picking at night and by hand to ensure maximum flavor and complexity. After harvest, the wine spends over a year in new and neutral French oak to achieve balance that allows you to cellar and savor or drink almost immediately. Join founder and vintner Ian Devereux White (also wine director for SF Magazine) for a winemaker’s lunch in the vineyard or at the tasting room. Devereux keeps things down to earth and is involved in every part of the process, from vine to bottle, and will happily answer questions as he walks you through the history of the winery and the specifics of the wines (with pairing advice).
