Description
At Amici, we believe that winemaking begins in the vineyard; a blend of the soil, climate and people who farm it. We strive to create great wine that is a pure, unadulterated expression of its vineyard origin. This wine is a single barrel of 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon from Beckstoffer Vineyards’ Missouri Hopper Vineyard on the Oakville Bench. A rare expression of Napa Valley winemaking, this legendary vineyard is ingrained in Napa Valley history, tracing its roots to its original planting in 1873. Showcasing the characteristic Oakville profile of power with refinement and freshness, this full-bodied wine displays rich and complex flavors of blueberry, black currant and dark cherry fruit, with a splash of cassis and mocha.
