Planted decades ago to the legendary Rasmussen Clone, this special bottling is the authentic flavor of the acclaimed Los Carneros nested appellation's rich history. A handcrafted and unique vintner's release from the passionate Italian winemaking team of Stefano Migotto and Dario de Conti, this wine will assuredly please the senses for years to come.

Stefano Migotto
Winemaker, Ca' Momi
Born in Abano Terme in northern Italy, Stefano comes from two generations of wine and spirit makers. Stefano was raised in his family's winery, which he eventually ran and holds an enology degree from Scuola Enologica di Conegliano. After twelve years of experience in Italy, Stefano made the move to the US, where he has utilized Italian tradition in California winemaking for over 20 years. Stefano can always be found in the winery tirelessly running production, passionately creating blends, and exploring new wine equipment.

Education: Stefano graduated from the University of Padova with a degree in Enology. He also apprenticed at his family's winery in Italy.

Ca' Momi was named one of 2013 Hot Brands by Wine Business Monthly.
In 2014, Ca' Momi Received New York International Wine Competition's "Pinot Noir Winery of the Year."

(translation: “House of Momi” in Italian)
The name Ca’ Momi (House of Momi) honors our roots. Our property in Veneto, Italy once belonged to Momi dea Bionda, a hardworking farmer who became a local legend for his obsessive devotion to his family, farm and vineyards and for the rifle he would easily fire to defend them. To this day the house is still known as the house of Momi, and his spirit still fiercely protects it.
We share Momi’s values of authenticity, passion, loyalty, dedication and obsession with quality. It is why we chose to pay homage to his legacy in the name of our Napa Valley winery. We proudly share our Italian heritage, and strive each day to honor these values within ourselves, in how we do business and how we make wine.

My experience being a winemaker has been an adventure. I have adapted to a new environment using Italian winemaking techniques to heartcraft Napa Valley wines.
